Crores of farmers across India are eagerly waiting for the 22nd installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. However, if a farmer’s name is missing from the beneficiary list, the upcoming ₹2,000 installment may not be credited to their bank account. Beneficiaries are advised to check their status in advance to avoid payment delays and correct any errors on time.
Under the PM Kisan scheme, the government updates the beneficiary list before releasing every installment. If a farmer’s name is not included due to incomplete e-KYC, Aadhaar seeding issues, or eligibility discrepancies, the installment can get stuck until the details are verified and updated.
Farmers can easily check their beneficiary status and payment history by visiting the official PM Kisan portal (pmkisan.gov.in). On the homepage, they need to click on the “Beneficiary List” option, select their state, district, sub-district, block, and village, and then click on “Get Report.” The list will display all eligible beneficiaries village-wise, where farmers can search for their names to confirm eligibility for the next installment.
If farmers face difficulties checking online, they can visit their nearest Common Service Centre (CSC), District Agriculture Office, or local revenue office for assistance with e-KYC, Aadhaar linking, and record verification. Officials also advise carrying land documents and bank passbook copies if the payment is pending despite eligibility.
As of now, the government has not made any official announcement regarding the release date of the 22nd installment. However, several media reports suggest that the installment may be released before Holi, though this has not been officially confirmed. Farmers are therefore encouraged to verify their beneficiary status, complete e-KYC, and ensure all details are correct to receive the payment without interruption.
